By accessing or purchasing from the Signalix store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products and pricing

We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we ship the product. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing mistakes.

Payment is charged at checkout through our payment provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store: no scraping, no interfering with the site's operation, no fraudulent orders, and no use of the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

All content on the store — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Signalix and may not be reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
