Shipping options

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. We currently ship within the United States. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

30-day field trial

Every Signalix radio comes with a 30-day field trial. Take it out, tune it in, and use it the way you actually live. If it isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fee, no questions beyond what helps us improve.

How to start a return

1. Email support@signalixs.shop with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Pack the radio in its original packaging (or any sturdy box) and drop it off.
4. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Items must be in working condition with all accessories included. Radios damaged by misuse may be refunded partially or returned to you.
